On September 16th and 17th 2011, two brave volunteers spent the night high above the ground in a WesternOne scissor lift at the Thrifties on Austin and Mariner in Coquitlam. The Cops for Cancer Tour de Coast riders spent 24 hours in our scissor lift while collecting donations on the ground for pediatric cancer research and support programs. WesternOne is happy to support our local riders as they continue to fundraise for cancer research.
